End of Year Online Filing

Companies with more than 50 employees must now file their P35 Employers Annual Return online and companies with fewer than 50 employees will have to submit their 2009/10 P35 online also. Manual returns will no longer be accepted for the 2009/2010 tax year.

P35 forms have to be submitted by 19^th May each year, and P60 forms have to be given to your staff by 31^st May each year. There is a penalty of £100 per month or part month (per 50 employees) for P35 forms that are filed after the 19^th May deadline.
